column r/w Enumeration 
The administrative state of the interface. If the interface
represents a Ethernet Transport Service Trail Termination
Point (ETS TTP), then the variable controls the desired
state of the connections.
              
up(1). The interface shall be enabled.
              
down(2). The interface shall be disabled.
