The maximum bandwidth, in bytes per second, that the user can transmit traffic when using Captive Portal. This setting limits the bandwidth at which the user can send data into the network. If this value is set to 0, no rate limiting is enforced. This value is represented in bytes (however; converted & stored as bits/sec).
