configured with the Binding Update.
              
configured(1): indicates that the mobile network prefix
has been manually pre-configured.
              
bindingUpdate(2): indicates that the information is
introduced to the home agent by the Mobile Network
              
Prefix Option in the Binding Updates received by the
home agent.
