layer address that, in conjunction with
natAddrPortBindGlobalPort, maps to the private-realm
network-layer address and transport ID represented by
natAddrPortBindLocalAddr and natAddrPortBindLocalPort,
respectively.
The type of this address is determined by the value of
the natAddrPortBindGlobalAddrType object.
Deprecated in favor of NATV2-MIB.
