Indicates if the configuration of this Call Agent is valid
and ready to be applied.
              
  * Valid: The current content of the row is valid.
  * UnknownSignalingInterface: The Signaling Interface is not
    set or has an unknown ID.
  * UnknownMediaInterface: The Media Interface has an unknown
    ID.
  * InvalidGatewayBinding: The parameters binding the gateway
    to the Call Agent are not configured properly.
  * InvalidConfig: The configuration is not valid.
  * NoMediaInterface: The Media Interface is not set.
