FXS Inband Ringback
          
Determines whether or not the FXS endpoint needs to generate a
ringback for incoming ringing call.
          
  * Disable: The FXS endpoint does not play local ringback to
    the remote party.
  * Enable: The FXS endpoint plays local ringback to the
    remote party via the negotiated media stream.
