Defines the configuration to use for a specific endpoint.
              
  * Disable: The endpoint uses the default configuration as
    defined in the DefaultJitterBufferLevel,
    DefaultJitterBufferCustomMinLength and
    DefaultJitterBufferCustomMaxLength parameters.
  * Enable: The endpoint uses the specific configuration as
    defined in the EpSpecificJitterBuffer.Level,
    EpSpecificJitterBuffer.CustomMinLength and
    EpSpecificJitterBuffer.CustomMaxLength parameters.
