Defines the configuration to use for a specific endpoint.
              
  * Disable: The endpoint uses the default configuration as
    defined in the DefaultCodecT38DataEnable,
    DefaultCodecT38DataPriority and
    DefaultCodecT38RedundancyLevel parameters.
  * Enable: The endpoint uses the specific configuration as
    defined in the EpSpecificCodecT38.DataEnable,
    EpSpecificCodecT38.DataPriority and
    EpSpecificCodecT38.RedundancyLevel parameters.
