    DefaultCodecG726r32kbpsMaxPTime parameters.
  * Enable: The endpoint uses the specific configuration as
    defined in the EpSpecificCodecG726r32kbps.VoiceEnable,
    EpSpecificCodecG726r32kbps.VoicePriority,
    EpSpecificCodecG726r32kbps.DataEnable,
    EpSpecificCodecG726r32kbps.DataPriority,
    EpSpecificCodecG726r32kbps.PayloadType,
    EpSpecificCodecG726r32kbps.MinPTime and
