Defines the configuration to use for a specific endpoint.
              
  * Disable: The endpoint uses the default configuration as
    defined in the DefaultCodecG711AlawVoiceEnable,
    DefaultCodecG711AlawVoicePriority,
    DefaultCodecG711AlawDataEnable,
    DefaultCodecG711AlawDataPriority,
    DefaultCodecG711AlawMinPTime and
    DefaultCodecG711AlawMaxPTime parameters.
  * Enable: The endpoint uses the specific configuration as
    defined in the EpSpecificCodecG711Alaw.VoiceEnable,
    EpSpecificCodecG711Alaw.VoicePriority,
    EpSpecificCodecG711Alaw.DataEnable,
    EpSpecificCodecG711Alaw.DataPriority,
    EpSpecificCodecG711Alaw.MinPTime and
    EpSpecificCodecG711Alaw.MaxPTime parameters.
