portStatusTxNetload

This entry describes the transmitter netload 
in percent, adapted to the selected port 
speed. Netload values greater than '0' but 
less that '1' are rounded up to a '1' to 
differentiate them from real zero-values.
If netload measuring is not supported,
then a value of '-1' is given back.
