A Bridge shall enforce the following relationships: 
			2 x (Forward Delay - 1) >= Max Age
			Max Age >= 2 x (Hello Time + 1).
Note: NPort 6150, 6250, 6250-S-SC, 6250-M-SC 
do not support write access.
