scalar r/w Enumeration 
The user has changed the NPort 6000 series device
server's IP address. When the IP address changes,
the NPort 6000 series device server will send a
SMS with the new IP address before it reboots.
Note: NPort 6150, 6250, 6250-S-SC, 6250-M-SC 
do not support write access.
