The TCP alive check time.
0 min: TCP connection will not be closed when the
TCP connection becomes idle.
1 to 99 min: The Terminal Server CN2600 series device server
automatically closes the TCP connection if there is
no TCP activity for the given time. After the
connection is closed, the Terminal Server CN2600 series device
server starts listening for another connection.
