The total number of mobility messages, i.e., IPv6
datagrams with Mobility Header, sent by the mobile
node.  There are 3 types of mobility messages, viz.,
Home Test Init, Care-of Test Init, and Binding
Updates, that are sent by mobile nodes.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can
occur at re-initialization of the management system,
and at other times as indicated by the value of
mip6CounterDiscontinuityTime.
