mip6HCOutPkts

The number of MIPv6 datagrams sent by the MIPv6
entity.  This will include datagrams with the
Mobility Header, the Home Address option in the
Destination Option extension header (Next Header
value = 60), or the type 2 Routing Header.  It will
also include the IPv6 datagrams that are reverse
tunneled to a home agent from a mobile node's home
address.
This object is a 64-bit version of mip6OutPkts.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can
occur at re-initialization of the management system,
and at other times as indicated by the value of
mip6CounterDiscontinuityTime.
