The total number of Binding Updates rejected by
correspondent node with status code in the Binding
Acknowledgment message indicating 'expired nonces'
(Code 138), i.e., the correspondent node no longer
recognizes the Home Nonce Index value and the
Care-of Nonce Index value.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can
occur at re-initialization of the management system,
and at other times as indicated by the value of
mip6CounterDiscontinuityTime.
