This attribute defines the CP MAC address.
When cPProfileMacProcessing equals to macChangeTunnel(5),
this attribute defines the  MAC address that replaces the
MAC address of the original protocols (default MAC Address
in such case is 1:00:0c:cd:cd:d0).
