IP address . The format is (shelf, slot,
destination IP).
For example, to delete a route to a LuxN node with IP address
192.162.6.65 from local shelf 1, slot 6 this variable would
be set to 1,6,192.162.6.65
A get on this will return 0,0,0
NO LONGER SUPPORTED, user now needs to use sysImnAddRoute
