The threshold of reporting CPE error event, in the form of 1.0E-x. Only x needs to be set and will be read. The range of x is from 5 to 15, however, input should be an absolute value if using mib browser. This threshold should be lower than the value of mcmescCpeErrAlarmThreshold, i.e., the absolute value should be higher than of mcmescCpeErrAlarmThreshold.
