The threshold of reporting CPE error alarm, in the form of 1.0E-x. The range of x is from 4 to 14, however, input should be an absolute value if using mib browser. This threshold should be higher than the value of mcmescCpeErrEventThreshold, i.e., the absolute value should be lower than of mcmescCpeErrEventThreshold.
