A relative threshold is the power below 'Wanted mean channel power', where channel will be qualified for mean power calculations. An absolute threshold(X) for a channel is the difference between 'Wanted mean channel power' and 'Relative power level threshold'. Only channels with power greater than absolute threshold will be qualified to be included in the mean power calculations.
