Object
column LUM-TCFaultStatus
The sync quality level of a source differs from its expected value, defined by the expected quality attribute.
If the expected quality level is 0 or source is disabled, this alarm will never be raised.
A: Sync quality level selection enabled, sync source is configured as enabled or lockedOut,
source sync quality does not match the expected source quality.
D: Source sync quality equals the expected source quality,
either by an update of the actual quality - by receiving an updated sync quality level,
or by update of the expected source quality.
