Clock class for the local PTP clock instance.
For ITU-T G.8275.1 and G.8275.2 a BC not locked to an external time source can
assume the clock class values:
              
  135 - T-BC in holdover, within holdover specification
  165 - T-BC in holdover, out of specification
  248 - T-BC in free-run mode.
