Extend this channel plan to maximum supported by associated hardware.
A maximum of 96 extended C-band DWDM channels (frequency slots) with a
slot width of 50 GHz will be created. Any non-associated hardware, e.g.
amplifiers are not considered.
A plan containing flexgrid or non 50 GHz slots cannot be extended.
