interface is connected to.
0 means unconnected, i.e. the signal passes
through. (This may cause a loop depending on
network topology.)
For an STM-1 interface the VC4 to be dropped
is identified.
For an STM-4 interface the the first VC4 in the
'quartet' is identified.
Legal values are 1, 5, 9, 13.
This attribute can be written via SNMP.
