The global ID of the tunnel, used for externally uniquely identifying the tunnel in the standardized format, '[Src global ID]:[Src node ID]:[Src tunnel ID]- [Dest. global ID]:[Dest. node ID]:[Dest. tunnel ID]'. An empty string indicates that the external tunnel ID is not set.
