The ID string of the LSP, used for externally uniquely
identifying the LSP in the standardized format,

[Dest Global ID]:[Dest. Node ID]:[Dest Tunnel ID]:[Dest LSP ID]'.
An empty string indicates that the LSP ID is not set.
