ifPerfAdminIsSuspect24h

This variable indicates if the performance data is
unreliable for the 24 hour interval. The 'isSuspect'
value is set to true if the interface has
been reconfigured or reset during the maintenance
operation. For example if
- a full interval has not passed since last reset
- the board has been restarted during the interval
- adminStatus has been set to down
- the system time has been set in the node during the interval.
