Direction: Received from the associated physical interface and, unless
           the ODUC is terminated, the PLM is sent towards the

Values:
alarm: The OPUCn-PLM overhead is declared as active if the incoming
       payload type is not equal to the expected payload type(s).
              
ok: The OPUCn-PLM overhead is declared as inactive if the incoming
    payload type is equal to the expected payload type(s).
