Object

The wanted signal gain setting in units of 0.1 dB.
Set your wanted gain = [fiber loss + mid stage loss].
When setting the wanted gain on Raman boards,
[fiber loss + 3] if DCM is installed between Raman output (port 7) and EDFA input (port 6).
[fiber loss + 0] if no DCM is installed between Raman output (port 7) and EDFA input (port 6).
              
Range and default value depends on type of amplifier, see table below.
