Object
This variable, the Maximum Rate is the the maximum amount of insured plus uninsured data throughput that the network agrees to support from source to destination. It is specified in bits per second. This variable takes effect when pvcStatus is set. This variable may not be modified unless pvcStatus is set to disabled.
