Object
This variable indicates the Total Burst Size,
which is the maximum amount of insured plus
uninsured data bytes that the network will at-
tempt to deliver over the measurement interval
from the Source to the Destination.
This variable takes effect when pvcStatus is set.
This variable may not be modified unless pvcStatus
is set to disabled.
