scalar mandatory Integer32 
This object indicates how many bytes of the bit
string dot1dStaticGoTo represent a single
card.  There must be enough bytes to represent
all the ports on a card, and this is release
specific.  The dot1dStaticGoTo object is a bit
string that represents the bridging ports on the
LightStream Node.
