column mandatory Integer32
The flooding protocol sequence number currently associated
with the link state advertisement.  The sequence number
is a signed 32-bit integer.  It is used to detect old
and duplicate database announcements.  The sequence 
number space is linearly ordered; the larger the
sequence number, the more recent the database
announcement.
