frProvMiMaxSupportedVCs

The maximum number of Virtual Circuits allowed
for  this  interface.   Usually dictated by the
Frame Relay network.  This variable will limit
	the creation of more than this number of VCs.  It
	will not delete VCs which have already been 
	configured at the time this parameter is set.
              
In response to a SET, if a value less than zero
or  higher  than the agent's maximal capability
