frCktAdminDestInsuredBurst

This variable indicates the Insured Burst 
Size, which is the amount  of insured 
data,  in  bytes,  that  the  network  agrees to
transfer under normal  conditions,  during  the
measurement interval from destination to source.
This variable takes effect when frCktStatus is set.
