This variable indicates the Total Burst Size,
the maximum amount of insured plus uninsured
data,  in  bytes,  that  the  network  agrees to
transfer under normal  conditions,  during  the
measurement interval from source to destination.
This variable takes effect when ffCktStatus is set.
