The configuration parameter to enable or disable the Receptacle
SW Over Temperature Protection feature
If the feature is enabled, in case of Over Temperature Alarm condition,
following action will be taken on the receptacles:
Locked & Off - No Change
Unlocked & Off - No Change
Unlocked & On - Turn it Off.
Locked & On - Turn it Off and keep it Locked.
              
No action will be taken if the feature is disabled.
