This object indicates rate limit value for dhcpv6
Snooping purpose. If the incoming rate of dhcpv6 packets
exceeds the value of this object for consecutively
burst interval seconds, dhcpv6 packets will be
dropped. Value of -1 indicates that there is no rate limit.
