Custom filter parameters for CPU traffic custom filter.
Filter is used to specify a set of triplets in the following format:
[offset value mask]. Each option is a two byte hex number.
ASCII character 'space' is used to separate triplets, i.e.:
'AAAABBBBCCCC DDDDEEEEFFFF', where
AAAA and DDDD are offsets for first and second triplets correspondingly;
BBBB and EEEE are values and CCCC and FFFF are masks.
