The name of this Emulated LAN entry.
When this object length is zero then the
ELAN name is not specified. The clients
assigned to this ELAN will also have
a zero length string as the ELAN name.
The value of this object is used in the
LE CONFIGURE response by the LECS if supported.
Note that ELAN name may be used as cross
reference to the LES MIB and BUS MIB
though not required. Multiple ELANs
with no ELAN name specified will cause
conflicts in reference to LES and BUS MIBs.
