C40 Token Ring Explorer Frame Exclude.
This indicates whether or not the LE Client wishes to
receive Token Ring explorer frames other than those
directed to one of its registered MAC addresses.
Normally, only bridges need to receive such explorer
frames. This parameter only applies to token-ring
ELANs. This parameter MUST NOT change without
restarting the Configure phase.
