Displays the state of the NTP on the system clock.  Clock states are:
0 - Clock has never been calibrated for frequency errors
1 - Clock frequency errors calibration has done
2 - Clock time has set to server time
3 - Clock frequency errors calibration is going on
4 - Clock has synchronized its time
5 - Clock has detected spike
