trap signifies that the utilization of port-bloks/ports
usage for a pool is either exceeds certain percentage,
or clear of that percentage.
          
jnxJsNatSubscriberIp is the subscriber IP address
jnxJsNatTrapPoolName is name of the source pool
jnxJsSrcNatPoolType  indicates the type of the pool
jnxJsNatSubsPoolUtil is the percentage of subscriber
utilization of port-blocks/ports from the pool.
