- No traffic Stats for multicast VCs. (0 by default).
- Multipoint Destination IP Address for a p2p vc is 
  invalid (0.0.0.0 by default).
- When the encapsulation type for the logical interface 
  (to which VC belongs) is 'atmCccCellRelay', only 
  Generic VC Info is valid.
- If OAM is disabled (indicated in jnxAtmVCFlags),
  then all the OAM config & F5 stats info is invalid.
  (zeroed by default).
