A cesOverWlanUnit0Dsx1LineStatusChange trap is sent when the
value of an instance dsx1LineStatus changes.  It
can be utilized by an Network Management Station
(NMS) to trigger polls.  When the line status
change results from a higher-level line status
change (i.e., DS3), then no traps for the DS1
are sent.
