scalar mandatory r/w OctetString 
To save or restore the system configuration, 
set the IP address or host name of the TFTP server where
the file should be transferred to or from. The address must be entered in a
dotted decimal IP string (e.g. 9.37.44.2), or equivalent for IPv6.
