Auto-Negotiation entity.
Note that interfaces that support this MIB may
be attached to remote Auto-Negotiation entities

MIB. This is indicated by returning the bit
value bOther in addition to any bit values for
standard capabilities that are listed in the
IANAifMauAutoNegCapBits TC.
