Object

notification 
When aAggLinkUpDownNotificationEnable is set to
'enabled,' a Link Up notification is generated when
the Operational State of the Aggregator changes from
'down' to 'up.' When aAggLinkUpDownNotificationEnable
is set to 'disabled,' no Link Up notifications are
generated. The notification carries the identifier of
the Aggregator whose state has changed.
